PLEASE NOTE: Our business bundles come with an 18-month agreement. Our customers are guaranteed no rate increase for the term of the agreement for the main telephone line, calling features, one standard Internet subscription, outgoing direct dialed long distance calling through Great Plains Communications Long Distance, and cable television services if the customer is a home-based business requesting cable television services. Rate guarantees are not extended to additional telephone lines, directory services (both printed listings of the Customer’s business and access to Directory Assistance), incoming toll-free calls, premium cable television services, government fees, surcharges and taxes.

Customers promise to subscribe to the bundle for the entire term. If the bundle is disconnected prior to the expiration date, an early terminate penalty will be assessed. The amount of the penalty is twice the monthly bundle rate.
